Compliance with Google Play & Apple App Store Policies

At Craft Makeup Studio, we give users full control over their personal data. In accordance with mobile app store guidelines, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data.

1. How to Request Deletion via Mobile App

If you have the Craft Makeup Studio mobile application installed on your device:

1. Open the app and log into your account.
2. Navigate to Profile Tab → Support & Account → Request Account Deletion.
3. Confirm your deletion request.

2. Request Deletion via Web Form / Email

If you no longer have access to the app or wish to request data deletion via web, submit your registered phone number or email address below:

3. What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

• User Account Profile (Name, Email, Phone Number, Encrypted Password).
• Saved Delivery & Venue Addresses.
• Push Notification Push Tokens.
• Booking preferences & search history logs.

Note: Financial transaction receipts will be retained in compliance with local tax and financial audit regulations for statutory retention periods.
