Craft Makeup Studio is an on-demand beauty artistry platform connecting clients with verified professional makeup artists for bridal, engagement, and party makeover services.

2. Booking & Appointments

• All appointments must be requested and confirmed through the official Craft Makeup Studio app or website.
• Clients are required to provide accurate event date, time, contact information, and venue address details.
• Artist assignment is confirmed upon payment authorization.

3. Payment & Pricing

• Prices for packages and services are clearly displayed prior to booking confirmation.
• Payments are authorized and processed securely via Razorpay.
• All applicable taxes and service charges are included at checkout.

4. User Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide a safe, clean working environment for artists arriving at home or venue locations. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate service termination without refund.
